Service 01

Painting

Interior and exterior painting for homes, offices and commercial buildings, including surface preparation and protective coatings.

We prepare surfaces properly before any paint is opened: filling, sanding, priming and protecting floors and fittings. Emulsion, textured and oil-based systems are applied in the correct number of coats, and the site is cleaned before handover.

Service 02

Screeding

Wall and floor screeding that gives a level, smooth base before painting, tiling or any decorative finish.

Screeding is what makes a finished wall look straight and a floor sit level. We mix to the right consistency, work to line and level, and allow proper curing time before the next trade starts.

POP Works

Plaster of Paris ceilings, cornices and screeding details fitted cleanly and finished to line.

From simple flat ceilings to stepped designs with concealed lighting, our POP work is set out carefully so lines are straight, joints are invisible and light coves sit where the electrician needs them.

Stucco & Decorative Finishes

Textured stucco and decorative wall finishes applied with quality materials for feature walls and full interiors.

Decorative finishes only look right when the base is sound and the product is applied by someone who has done it before. We advise on the finish that suits the room, prepare samples where required, and apply it consistently across the wall.

Interlocking

Interlocking paving for driveways, compounds and walkways, laid on a properly compacted and drained base.

Paving fails when the base is rushed. We excavate to depth, compact the sub-base, screed the bedding sand and lay stones to pattern with proper edge restraints so the surface holds up to vehicle traffic and rain.

Our process

From first call to handover

    Site visit

    We inspect the building, take measurements and note the condition of surfaces.

    Written quotation

    You receive a breakdown of scope, materials and cost before any commitment.

  3. 03

    Preparation

    Floors and fittings are protected, surfaces are repaired, filled and primed.

  4. 04

    Execution

    Work is carried out by a supervised crew, following the agreed programme.

    Handover

    We inspect together, correct any snags and clear the site before leaving.
