We are a Port Harcourt based building finishing contractor working on residential and commercial projects, and a distributor of finishing materials across Nigeria.
Who we are
De Mart Chris Satisfaction Resources Ltd is a building finishing company based in Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt. We handle the stage of construction where the quality of the work becomes visible — screeding, POP, painting, decorative finishes and external paving.
Our crews work on new buildings, refurbishments and maintenance contracts. Because we also distribute finishing materials, we are able to advise clients on the right product for a surface and then apply it correctly, rather than working around whatever happens to be available.

Preparation before finish
Most finishing problems start with poor preparation. We spend the time on filling, sanding and priming so the final coat behaves the way it should.
Written scope and pricing
Before work begins, the scope, materials and cost are agreed in writing. Variations are discussed and priced before they are carried out.
Supervised crews
Every job is assigned a supervisor responsible for quality, programme and conduct on site, so you always know who to speak to.
Clean handover
Protection goes down before work starts and the site is cleared and cleaned when the job is complete.
